Ivy Station creates 500,000 SF of mixed-use office, housing, hotel, retail and restaurants at the transit hub of the Culver City Metro station. The project spans 5.2 acres and is connected through a series of landscape open spaces open to the public. The main event lawn has a perpendicular orientation to the expo line, reducing frontage on busy streets and creating an open view from the metro station into the project. By seamlessly tieing together transit, commercial and cultural activity and public space, Ivy Station will become a distinct district within Culver City.
Kelly Majewski was the lead designer through all phases of design at while at Melendrez.
